I enjoy Bucks point lace, my favorite book, so far, is Traditional Bobbin Lace Patterns by Stott and Cook. It has Beginning to Advanced patterns. Using 5 carefully designed and graded patterns this program is a comprehensive introduction to Bucks Point lace. The techniques covered in this two and a half hour program include a thorough introduction to making Point Ground net, the headside and picots, the footside edge with catch pins, honeycomb rings and different ways of working corners.
